Leading up to our wedding last September, as many brides would, I worked hard and was in great shape as result. Then I let the holidays kick in and I’m sure you know what happened from there. I was feeling uncomfortable in my skin, tired most of the time and just in a major slump. At the start of the new year I wanted to make a change to my health and fitness routine and that is where I found The FASTer Way to Fat Loss. I am pretty experienced in the fitness department, but was majorly lacking motivation to workout, and needed help with meal planning so this was the PERFECT plan for me.
Over the past 6 weeks, I have been very consistent with both workouts and meals (besides 1 week in Miami) and have seen such incredible results. I could not be happier that I started this program as it has changed the way I look at a workout (30 mins is all you need), and have learned so much about meal planning, my macros and different tips and tricks in the kitchen.
I have been sharing my journey on Instagram, and have received quite a few questions, so I’m answering them all here today.

CAN YOU SHARE MORE ABOUT THE WORKOUTS?
I love these workouts and I am not a beginner in this department! They are 30 mins, YES 30 mins (!!) and the app gives you the option to do them at home or at the gym. You can follow along with the video or do at your own pace. The app provides images and notes to follow if you are not using the video format. They are challenging and include all sorts of different weight training exercises, cardio moves, boxing, pilates and more. I really enjoy them and look forward to our workouts daily!
HOW ARE THE MEALS?
Meals are tasty! I love that Im learning so many different recipes and have so many options. The first few weeks I followed the guide exactly, but now that I know more about my macros, I switch some of the meals at times. There is an amazing library full of recipes on the app!
CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE FASTING?
We intermittent fast every day, meaning we consume all of our calories (which are plenty to keep me full) within an eight hour feeding window. My typical window is from 11-7pm. Then fast after dinner until 11am in the morning. It’s really not too difficult.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL WEEK LOOK LIKE?
With the Faster Way To Fat Loss, we have two low carb days, two low macro days, and three regular macro days. We workout 5 days/week and they range from 30-50 mins. Rest is important. Sleep is important. Water is important. Not over-exercising is very important. Carbs are important.
CAN YOU DRINK ALCOHOL?
Yes. As long as it fits within your macros, you can drink in moderation. I tend to skip the wine on low carb days, but I’ll def have a glass or two on regular macro days.
DO YOU HAVE A COACH? WHAT DOES THE COMMUNICATION LOOK LIKE?
Yes, my coach is amazing and there is a lot of communication with the coach and the group if you need the extra motivation. Coaches are available at all times for any questions. We have a supportive Facebook community, Zoom calls, texts, emails. Any way that you want to benefit from the supportive resources and accountability, they provide to you. It truly is such a valuable, motivating source during the program.
DO YOU NEED TO DO BOTH THE MEAL AND WORKOUT PLAN?
Yes, both are included as the workouts correlate directly to certain macro days. Monday and Tuesday are lower carb days where we do more cardio and fat burning workouts. You dont have to follow the workouts exactly if you know what you are doing, but they certainly help!
HOW PERSONALIZED IS IT? DO YOU GET MEALS SPECIFIC TO YOUR BODY TYPE AND GOALS?
You enter all of your body type details into the app and the app helps calculate your macros for you. So everyone has different macros, how much water you should drink etc. There are endless recipe options that you can enter into the app to fit within your macros. I enter everything the night before so I know exactly what I am eating the following day and feel prepared. The workouts are the same for everyone but can be adjusted based on your fitness level.
DO YOU FEEL LIKE IT’S MADE A DIFFERENT EVEN WITH AN ALREADY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?
YES YES YES!! I’ve learned so much with this program and have seen MUCH BETTER results than any other program I have tried. I have so much more energy, am much leaner, stronger and have had incredible sleep since starting. Faster Way is very easy to stick with and as long as you’re committed and follow the program you will 100% see the results you are looking for. I took a week off while on vacation (with a few workouts here and there) and I was so excited to get back to the program when I got home.
