PALM SPRINGS PART 2 // VACAY STYLE

Hey there! Today I’m sharing a few more outfits that I wore on our recent trip to Palm Springs. If you missed the first post, you can find it here. I basically loved every part of our trip at La Quinta Resort and you can see every inch of this property was a dream! It was also nice to wear some “summer attire” as you guys know we dont get much of a summer here in San Francisco until a few warm days around Sept/October.

OUTFIT DETAILS: SUSANA MONACO TANK / FOR LOVE & LEMONS GINGHAM SHORTS / TARGET SANDALS / BRIXTON HAT / FREE PEOPLE CROSSBODY

Couldn’t head to Palm Springs without a little gingham action! These shorts are the cutest. I love that they have a high waist and prefer to pair them with a fitted tank. I didn’t hop on the gingham trend at first, but I have to admit that it definitely grew on me. There are so many cute gingham pieces out there right now. Here are a few of my favorites:

Another necessity to any vacay style is a good wide brim hat. This one is under $44 and I couldnt resist picking it up in 2 colors. And for a few more wide brim loves…

OUTFIT DETAILS: REBECCA MINKOFF DRESS / FREE PEOPLE BAG (SIMILAR) / TONY BIANCO HEELS

You guessed it…another gingham look! This dress is darling and you can never go wrong with a little off the shoulder action. I wore this look to dinner one night on the property.

I’ve been stocking up on straw totes this summer and I especially love this and this one. I love the structure of a round bag, something I haven’t seen a lot of until this season. Can it just be summer forever?!

We spent most of the time on the property… there wasn’t really a reason to leave! We did venture out for a pizza dinner at Stuft Pizza, and went to downtown Palm Springs for one day to explore a bit. We ate at Trio which was total PS retro vibes, we loved it! It was way too hot to walk around, so we took the Aerial Tramway up to San Jacinto National Park. It was a nice and refreshing 80 degrees up there which was great. We didn’t hike, but we did explore a bit and took a few photos. The views were spectacular and we are so glad we made the trip “off campus”. I would highly recommend you take the Tramway if you are visiting Palm Springs!

I hope both of these posts help answer any questions you may have about where we stayed, ate, what I wore etc! We are excited to go back next year and would love to hear if you guys have any additional recs! Hope you all have a great weekend! xo
