ORAL-B GLIDE BRIDGE TO BRIDGE RUN + GIVEAWAY

It’s been awhile since I’ve ran an organized race and I’ve missed it so so much! I am so excited to share that I am partnering with Oral-B Glide Floss for the 42nd Annual Bridge to Bridge 12k and 5k here in San Francisco which is taking place on August 26th.

Named “America’s most beautiful run” by Sports Illustrated, the Bridge to Bridge Run is a longstanding tradition in the San Francisco. Oral-B Glide Floss has been the title sponsor of the event for the past 10 years as they continue to inspire people to promote healthy habits- like flossing or participating in a local race!

The 5K/12K race and event expo will takes place on Sunday, August 26 at 8:00am. The race starts at the Bay Bridge, goes down the Embarcadero, through Fisherman’s Wharf and along Marina Green where the 5K finishes. The 12K continues through Crissy Field with views of the Golden Gate Bridge, and finally back to Marina Green to finish. Food, drinks, and more will be provided at the after party. I’m so excited to participate in the 12k and get back into running these types of races. I love the running community in San Francisco and this is an iconic one I could not pass up!

CLASSIC WHITE BRIDAL STUDIO LOOKBOOK

I recently had the opportunity to shoot some gorgeous bridal looks, which I have been dying to share with you all! I mean, what girl doesn’t want to play dress up in beautiful bridal gowns?!

Classic White Bridal Boutique is based out of the Bay Area and specialize in wedding gowns that you can both purchase and rent. The boutique features it’s own label with a variety of stunning designs.

FITNESS SERIES: LEGS & GLUTES WITH BAY CLUBS

Between birthdays and vacations I have been so off track with my nutrition and workouts, so I’ve been trying to get back into the swing of things. Once I get back on track its no problem for me to go to the gym or get a workout in, but its getting to that point which is a struggle for me!

Bay Clubs just introduced a new group fitness class called IGNITE which I have been going to and LOVING! Ignite is a mix of high intensity cardio and weight training. Think Barry’s Bootcamp and Orangetheory, but they have you do all sorts of cardio not just treadmill training. Ignite has helped me get back to the gym and I highly suggest you check it out if you have a Bay Club in your area!

Today I wanted to share WORKOUT #3 of my FITNESS SERIES: LEGS AND GLUTES.

Circuit 1: Repeat each exercise 3x them move onto circuit 2

Dumbell lunge to high knee: 10 each leg

Jump lunges: 1 min

Dumbell courtsey lunge: 10 each leg

Circuit 2: Repeat each exercise 3x them move onto circuit 3

Donkey Kick (no weights or band): 20 each leg

Donkey Kick with bands: 15 each leg

Pulse: 30 seconds each leg

Circuit 3: Repeat each exercise 3x

Barbell Deadlift: 15x

Barbell Squat: 15x

Leg raise cross to high knee (on bench): 10 each leg

VICI CAMPAIGN SHOOT: PART 1

One of my favorite parts of blogging, is working with brands that I admire. I have been following @VICIDOLLS since their launch a few years back, and have watched them grow their business from afar. I have been purchasing clothes from the site since day 1 and definitely had a “pinch me” moment when they asked me to be a part of their campaign shoot! I am so excited to share the photos from our shoot with you today!

I have purchased so many VICI items throughout the years, I identify so much with their style so when they reached out to shoot with me I instantly knew this was a perfect fit. I mean, how gorgeous are these looks?!!

We started the day at STEM SALON, which is actually the Salon I go to get my hair done. I actually saw Elizabeth (the owner) the day prior for a highlight refresh. She styled my hair this afternoon with boho type waves and braids which I adored.

We then headed out to location and shot with uber talented photographer Andrea Lowry. This shoot gave me alllll the boho summer vibes! I added the instagram handles of my fellow blogger babes above! I loved getting to know these girls, they are just the sweetest things.

WHAT I’VE PURCHASED FROM THE NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE

Happy Friday, everyone!!! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is now officially open to the public so everyone can shop, so today I wanted to share what’s currently in my cart and coming home with me!

A few days ago I posted MY TOP TEN (and more) from the cardholder’s early access sale, and all of those items still apply. Be sure to check out that post if you are looking for more!

It is hands down my favorite sale of the year and I like to get pieces that I’ll wear throughout the fall and winter seasons!

PIECES I’VE PURCHASED (SO FAR):

Time to stock up on alllll the denim and fall boots! This and this pair of denim are my favorite from the sale. I own these over the knee boots, and they are such a great purchase. I cant wait to get these pretties in the mail!

I tried on this pair of Nike leggings in burgundy at the store and had to have them. You cant go wrong with this Zella cropped pair for the price!

This and this long sleeve tee are such great basics, I love the bell sleeves on both. I also can’t wait to get this Free People cardi in the mail.

WHAT’S CURRENTLY IN MY CART:

So many great booties! Debating on this, this and this pair. I also love these flats and these sneaks.

This cashmere cardi is SO cozy, I tried it on in store and may go back to purchase. You can’t go wrong with this pullover, and this dress is stunning!! If you have a wedding or event coming up, this is a great option.

This and this tank are perfect, I think I’m going to grab this crop top in yellow. I also LOVE this coat, sunnies and cute little cap.
